About Us

We provide commercial roofing and residential roofing services. Our services include roof installation, roof repair, leak repair as well as, roof maintenance. Our commitment to quality roof installations is evidenced by earning the Carlisle Perfection Award and Firestone Partner in Quality Award numerous times.

John T. Morgan Roofing was founded in 1933 by Mr. John T. Morgan in Roanoke, Virginia. We continue to serve our customers from one location here in Roanoke.

Back then, we were a residential roofing contractor and sheet metal company. Our primary focus was on installing roofs as well as leak repairs on homes. In addition, we fabricated sheet metal and duct work for HVAC contractors.

Years later, the business grew and expanded into the commercial and industrial low-slope roofing segment.

We remain a family business and are into the third and fourth generations of ownership. The company has grown considerably in recent years and is predominantly a commercial and industrial roofing contractor today. However, we do continue to serve the residential market primarily through slate, metal and tile.

John T. Morgan Roofing has come a long way since 1933 with expanded services as well as an expanded coverage area. On a daily basis we serve the roofing needs for The Roanoke Valley, New River Valley and greater Southwest Virginia. We are excited about the future and the opportunity to serve your roofing needs!
