Out of the Darkness Walk

Roanoke College will host a three-mile Out of the Darkness Walk to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. These walks raise money for the foundation's research and education programs that help to prevent suicide and advocate for policies to benefit mental health services and education. The walk begins on the College's Back Quad. It is sponsored by Roanoke College, the Salem Sheriff's Office, the Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center and Oakey's Funeral Service & Crematory.
